Your Role…
• Developing growth strategies and plan, identifying sales leads and increasing the client base.
• Strategic planning to keep the sales pipeline flowing.
• Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
• Have an excellent business sense, communication skills (Sinhala & English) and a good understanding of marketing principles.
• Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
• Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team
. Oversee the sales staff and provide required guidance
