The hotel consists of a three storied modern building and a spacious covered roof top terrace area fixed with Solar panels, the ground floor consists of a reception, a lobby area, a family room, office, an industrial kitchen area and there are a desperate managers room plus two spacious  rooms behind for about six staff members, the first floor consists of a restaurant which could acuminate about 20 pax and some rooms, the top floor consists entirely of rooms, there is a spacious covered roof top terrace area over the top floor fixed with Solar panels (which supplies the entire electricity requirements of the hotel plus contributes the balance to the National grid as well)

All of the floors are fully tiled, has three phase electricity supply plus Solar power with air conditioning for all of the rooms plus some of the common areas as well and a standby silent generator, pipe borne water supply with hot water facilities, a water purifier and two high capacity overhead tanks for storage, all the doors windows and the furniture are made using quality wood, all of the rooms and the common areas are fitted with modern light fittings, all of the rooms are well furnished, the bathrooms are fitted with standard imported sanitary ware and the building is solidly built using quality material.
