Job Responsibilities
1. Disassembly and assembly work for CAT/Apple/Samsung Etc. phones, Complete the easy disassembly and assembly replacement parts work independently.
2. Familiar with the working principle smart phone, feature phone have certain electronics theory basis.
3. Solve common software failure and can install Rom independently.
4. Handling customer complaints.
5. Mater the basic office software.
6. Quality feedback.
7. Managing spare parts inventory effectively
Qualification
1. Patient, Positive working attitudes.
2. Excellent Smart phone maintenance skills.
3. More than 1-2 years’ experience as a phone repair technician in the field, as an advantage.
